Jaden - Ontario, Canada

Here are two photos of a mantled fawn Great Dane named Jaden.

How did Jaden end up with fawn color? Her parents explain... "Her mother was a Harlequin and her father a boston. Somewhere in thier background was a recessive brown gene which resulted in the beautiful colouring of our little girl. We feel very fortunate to be the owners of such a great dog!"

Jaden is indeed beautiful and very unique, breeding harlequins to mantles usually produces harls & mantles. Yet Merles and off color mantles are always possible, especially if there was a cross color breeding in the line over past generations. A great looking girl non the less! Nice to meet you Jaden.
