I agree with you, danes are so loving and sensitive and just they love their people/person for very little in return. I'm not embarrased to say that i'd rather be with my dogs over most humans any day of the week. I absolutely love my dogs more than 95% of the people I know including family lol. I have rescued dogs for so long that I would be hard pressed to name all the dog breeds i've adopted but Zoie is my first dane. I have always loved danes and like all of my dogs, Zoie was in need of a home asap, so I decided to go meet her. I really did fall in love the minute I met her, she licked my hair, my face, my eyes lol you get the picture lol. She is more like a kid then dog, a kid that is a bit spoiled lol. but she loves me more than anything as i'm sure your dane feel about you.

I totally agree with you. I have had several breeds of dogs but never felt what I feel with my Danes. They are truly an amazingly perceptive animal.
