Black Dog Farm Jackets - Will
ship directly from the manufacturer via USPS
Priority Flat Rate to U.S. addresses, or USPS
Global Priority to Canadian addresses. Please
select the appropriate shipping with the drop
down menu upon check out.
K9 Top Coat - K9 Top Coat bodysuits will
ship UPS Ground to both U.S. and Canadian
addresses. The cost of shipping varies, please
choose your ship to location during check-out.
Delivery:
Delivery time will vary per your
geographic location and is typically between 5 to
10-days for U.S. locations. Delivery to Canada is
generally 10-14 days however, we have no control
over delays due to Customs. Most orders will be
processed within 24-hours. We will notify you via
e-mail when this has occured (both US and
Canadian orders). If within 10-days of this
e-mail you have not yet received your item, let
us know and we will get back to you with order
tracking information.
Non stock:
In the event the color/style you
select is sold-out, you can choose a different
color/style or receive a full refund.
Returns:
To avoid size problems, please
refer to the measuring section prior to placing
an order.
We will gladly refund your purchase if there is a
size problem.
To return a coat you must contact us via e-mail
within 72-hours of receipt of your jacket/coat,
we will forward our return merchandise address,
do not send back to the distributor.
We do not cover shipping costs when returning
merchandise.
